  1. Contact support@cerberusgate.taise.tech within 7 days of purchase
  2. Provide your order/transaction ID and reason for request
  3. We will review your account usage within 3 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day initial period.
