Refund Policy

At Cerberus Gate, we strive to provide high-quality external attack surface monitoring services. However, due to the nature of digital services, our refund policy is limited.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available only in the following limited circumstances:
- You purchased a paid plan and did not use any scans or generate any reports within the first 7 days of subscription.
- The service was materially not delivered as advertised (e.g., complete outage lasting more than 48 hours that prevented all usage).
2. Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are explicitly non-refundable:
- Any usage of scans, reports, or features after the initial 7-day period
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction with results
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
- Monthly/annual subscriptions after the first 7 days
- Prepaid credits or one-time purchases once used
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact support@cerberusgate.taise.tech within 7 days of purchase
- Provide your order/transaction ID and reason for request
- We will review your account usage within 3 business days
- If approved, refund will be issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a pro-rated refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day initial period.
